Paper Preparation

All papers should be written in English and submitted electronically in both PDF and Word formats. All submitted congress papers will be blind peer reviewed by three competent reviewers. ICNN 2018 accepts the following types of submissions:

  • Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Extra Paper Charges for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
  • The number of pages including all figures is limited to three.
  • Authors should prepare their papers based on the Microsoft Word Template.  Accepted papers will be presented in an oral or poster presentation during the congress, and included in the congress proceedings.

The papers should be prepared according to the congress template. Template of MS Word format can be downloaded from Microsoft Word.

  • All submissions must be in A4 page size format.

Submission Guidelines

Papers must be submitted electronically through the ICNN submission site. Only the corresponding author can upload the paper but any of the co-authors can register for the congress and pay for registration. The corresponding author is required to complete the congress registration fee prior to uploading their final paper. If the current corresponding (presenting) author will not attend the congress and a co-author will attend and present the paper instead, the corresponding author must be updated in the paper submission database. Then, the corresponding author is required to access the registration database to complete payment. During the registration process, you will be shown all of the papers you are listed as an author on.

As part of the online submission process, we ask authors to:
  • Pre-register online as a member of ICNN.
  • Submit their papers through their individual accounts and get the identification code for each paper.
